Join us, make an impact, and help young men discover their potential in the great outdoors! , Oversee and guide the work of the Onboarding & Setup Lead to ensure new volunteers have a smooth, welcoming, and well-supported start. You’ll manage the onboarding process, improve procedures, and make sure every new recruit feels ready and connected from day one. Key Duties/Responsibilities Supervise and support the Onboarding & Setup Lead in daily tasksEnsure onboarding processes and schedules are organized, efficient, and up to dateMonitor volunteer onboarding progress and address any gaps or issuesReview and improve orientation materials, welcome emails, and setup guidesServe as a point of contact for escalated questions or technical issuesProvide coaching and feedback to coordinators to maintain high onboarding standardsTrack completion of onboarding metrics and report on volunteer readiness Minimum Required Skills/Competencies ResumeStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent organization and project managementFriendly, clear, and patient communicatorTech-savvy with tools like Google Drive, Google Meet, Google Chat and email systemsAssign tools to volunteersDetail-oriented and reliable with follow-throughComfortable providing coaching and constructive feedback What You'll Gain LinkedIn Endorsement for leadership skillsSocial Media Volunteer HighlightPublic recognition and impact within the organizationRecommendation letter upon requestHands-on leadership experience in a mission-driven, volunteer-based nonprofit Please note you must reside in the US to volunteer in this role!
