This role is crucial for sustaining and expanding our programs, ensuring we have the manpower to deliver impactful experiences. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies to recruit volunteers for various roles within the organization.Reach out to community groups, universities, and online platforms to attract potential volunteers.Screen, interview, and onboard new volunteers, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.Maintain a volunteer database and track engagement to support retention.Collaborate with department leads to understand volunteer needs and align recruitment efforts.
