About the role
We are seeking an Onboarding Enablement Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This role will leverage AI tools to support onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless and efficient transition for new hires.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement onboarding programs using AI-driven insights to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between HR initiatives and business goals.
- Monitor and analyze onboarding metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the onboarding process.
- Provide training and support to new employees through various channels including virtual onboarding sessions and resources.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of onboarding materials and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in onboarding or talent management.
- Experience with AI tools and platforms for HR processes.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually.
Schedule
