On-Site Services Specialist
Key Responsibilities
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and shipments.
- Operate and maintain copiers, scanners, postage equipment, and related office technology.
- Perform scanning, document production, and basic fulfillment services.
- Respond to office service requests and provide excellent customer support.
- Set up conference rooms and assist with office events and furniture arrangements.
- Maintain service logs and records.
- Deliver completed projects and materials throughout the facility.
- Auxiliary in filing, document management, and records retention activities.
- Assist with shipping, receiving, bindery, and other office services as needed.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in office services, mailroom, print/copy, administrative support, or customer service preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email systems.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Comfortable operating office equipment and learning new technologies.
- Valid driver's license may be required.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable moving throughout the facility and between buildings when required.
