On-site opportunity for a Client Technologies Technician.

About the Role

TalenTech Digital, a prime/direct vendor for the state of Florida, is hiring a Client Technologies Technician for the Florida Virtual School in Orlando, FL. This is a long-term contract position, on-site opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Provide setup and configuration of applications
• Provide 2nd-tier support for business applications within the enterprise
• Interact with other departments, groups, and personnel with whom work must be coordinated or interfaced
• Investigate the performance of programs and take action to correct deficiencies
• Demonstrate knowledge of installing applications
• Meet professional obligations through efficient work habits such as meeting deadlines, honoring schedules, coordinating resources and meetings in an effective and timely manner, and demonstrating respect for others

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in software and application delivery and support
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or technical institute degree/certificate, or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
• Experience with Active Directory
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing system
• Basic command prompt knowledge for troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Intune
• Understanding of network basics (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Comfortable with collaboration tools like Teams and Zoom
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
• Candidate must reside within 49 miles of the Orlando headquarters

Schedule

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday EST, not to exceed 40 hours per week. Resources must be available during FLVS standard hours of operation between 9:00AM and 5:00PM EST.

Pay

• W2 Hourly (no benefits): $32.18/hr
• C2C: $35.56/hr
• Compensation + Benefits: $49,150.32/yr
