On-site Fall 2026 Internship - IT, Business Analyst (Greensboro, NC)

About the role

The Fall 2026 Internship Program at Centric Brands is designed to immerse undergraduate and recently graduated participants in the business and culture of Centric Brands. The program runs from early September through the end of December 2026, with interns working a part-time schedule of 20-35 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document current business systems, workflows, and process architecture.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through process automation, reporting, and AI-enabled solutions, while quantifying potential business impact.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical resources to evaluate requirements and develop practical solution recommendations.
• Design, develop, and implement reporting, automation, and AI-based solutions that improve operational performance and support business objectives.
• Monitor solution effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements based on data and user feedback.
• Present findings, recommendations, and project outcomes to stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.

Requirements

• Must be a college undergraduate Junior, Senior, or Recent Graduate (Spring 2026).
• Ability to work on-site in the Greensboro, NC for the full program from early-September to December.
• Work a part-time schedule of at least 20 hours per week.
• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in a Computer Science major or related area of study.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas, technical concepts, and recommendations to diverse audiences.
• Foundational understanding of Agentic AI concepts, AI-driven automation, and emerging AI technologies.
• Programming experience in one or more modern programming languages, with the ability to develop and troubleshoot automation solutions.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying, analyzing, and manipulating data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional business and technical teams.

Skills

• Agentic AI concepts, AI-driven automation, and emerging AI technologies.
• One or more modern programming languages.
• SQL for querying, analyzing, and manipulating data.
