About the role
The Falls 2026 Internship Program at Centric Brands is designed to immerse undergraduate and recent graduates in the business and culture of Centric Brands. Interns will gain hands-on experience in inventory management, returns processing, process improvement, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Process product returns for multiple business divisions, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Aid in inventory control activities, including basic inventory adjustments, cut pick ticket processing, and reconciliation of inventory variances.
- Support inventory accuracy by investigating and resolving discrepancies identified through inventory reporting and EDI transactions.
- Review and evaluate existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), providing recommendations to improve clarity, consistency, and overall effectiveness.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and AI-enabled tools to analyze data, improve workflows, and support operational decision-making.
- Collaborate with operations and cross-functional teams to support day-to-day business objectives.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and inventory accuracy.
Requirements
- Must be a college undergraduate Junior, Senior, or Recent Graduate (Spring 2026).
- Ability to work on-site in the Greensboro, NC for the full program from early-September to December.
- Work a part-time schedule of at least 20 hours per week.
- Pursuing a degree in Business, Management, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Interest in inventory management, warehouse operations, process improvement, or supply chain operations.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with AI tools and applications for productivity and data analysis.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
