Manage construction job projects start to finish
- Perform detailed and accurate data entry, job file notes, and handling job project finances
- Cook up crew and job scheduling
- Receive general phone calls and greet visitors
- Schedule sub contractors
- Obtain customer selections
- Aid other departments, as needed
Requirements
- 3+ years of project management or construction experience
- Customer service experience, quality assurance, and scheduling a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to learn new software, utilize CRM
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
