Manage construction job projects start to finish

  • Perform detailed and accurate data entry, job file notes, and handling job project finances
  • Cook up crew and job scheduling
  • Receive general phone calls and greet visitors
  • Schedule sub contractors
  • Obtain customer selections
  • Aid other departments, as needed

Requirements

  • 3+ years of project management or construction experience
  • Customer service experience, quality assurance, and scheduling a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Qualifications

    • Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)
    • Ability to learn new software, utilize CRM

    Preferred Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

    Pay & Schedule

    Standard hours are 8am - 5pm
