On-site Experienced Construction Project Coordinator

Primary Responsibilities
- Manage construction job projects start to finish
- Perform detailed and accurate data entry, job file notes, and handle job project finances
- Cookordinate crew and job scheduling
- Receive general phone calls and greet visitors
- Schedule sub contractors
- Absorb customer selections
- Assist other departments, as needed
Position Requirements
- 3+ years of construction experience is a MUST!
- Customer service experience, quality assurance, and scheduling a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to learn new software, utilize CRM
- Minimum of HSD/GED preferred
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Pay
Competitive pay based on experience. Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
