We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. General Purpose: The Community Association Manager is responsible for the overall homeowner experience and daily life within the community. The Community Association Manager maintains and reviews the governing documents and develops relationships with community owners. Essential Duties: Coordinates and oversee vendors to maintain neighborhood and common area landscaping as well as neighborhood and common area snow removalManages Community Security and Greeter’s Cottage, including overall property access for members, guests and constructionOversees code enforcement for members and construction through routine inspections and reminder lettersManages the process of repair and maintenance of roads, street signage and lighting, trail system and storm water retention areasPrepares and assist with Community and Neighborhood budgetsOversees reserve study for Community Association assetsSecures and prepares bid specificationsCoordinates Association and Neighborhood communicationsAssists with collection of dues, assessments and other charges also sending reminder letters as neededWorks with Community Association Board, coordinate and attend Board meetings, track board minutes and resolutionsTracks and maintains financial, compliance and corporate records, recorded membership and disclosure statements as well as governing documentsMaintains Board training and planned Community statue complianceMaintains certifications and education that pertain to the role and responsibilitiesWorks with leadership to manage insurance coveragePerform other duties as required Education/Experience: Minimum of two years’ experience working within a community, preferably large-scal, or closely-related experience. Preferred: Holds (or be pursuing) the CMCA (Certified Managers Community Associations) or higher certificationExperience in luxury hospitalityFood and Beverage expeirence required Job Knowledge, Skill, And Ability Requirements Proven leadership/supervisory experienceExceptional customer service and communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilityHighly organized and detail oriented with an ability to multitaskCapacity to plan, organize and prioritize to meet deadlinesProficient in information technology; Outlook, Microsoft platforms and industry-related programsCompetent knowledge of general maintenance for snow removal, landscaping and storm water retention Physical Demands: Move, lift, carry, push, pull, kneel and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Extended periods of time sitting. Environment/Noise: Noise level is moderate.
