Where Clinical Excellence Meets Leadership Opportunity
BridgeCare ABA is seeking a passionate and experienced Clinic Director (BCBA) to lead our growing clinical team. This is a high-impact leadership role for a BCBA ready to step into operations, supervision, and program development while continuing to change the lives of children with autism.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and ensure effectiveness of ABA programming and clinical services
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and guide treatment planning
- Supervise, mentor, and support Behavior Technicians and clinical staff
- Provide training and ongoing professional development for team members
- Oversee data collection, progress monitoring, and clinical reporting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment programs (IEPs/IFSPs)
- Conduct caregiver and parent training when appropriate
- Prepare annual clinical reports and program effectiveness reviews
- Support clinic operations, scheduling, and team coordination
What You Bring:
- Current BCBA certification
- Active NC LBA license
- Experience in a clinic-based ABA setting
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
- Ability to conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
- Strong communication, organization, and clinical decision-making skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
