On-Premise Rep

Responsibilities

• Works with Territorial Sales Representative to provide an acceptable profit level through maximizing sales of products, and utilizing equipment placements within each account.
• Works with assigned Territorial Sales Representatives to train, develop, motivate and evaluate the salesmen as well as evaluate the profitability of a territory and maximize profitability; utilizing Full Service Vending, Visi-Cooler, Post-Mix, and Premix fountain equipment.
• Report any transshipping of product within Pepsi MidAmerica territory.
• Observe competitive equipment locations and make recommendations to convert or improve upon Pepsi MidAmerica’s equipment availability at the location.
• Be familiar with and manage the Low Sales and No Sales Rental Reports within his/her assigned division. Reduce the number of those customers to a minimum level.
• Ensure 100% execution of specific projects as assigned.
• Conduct monthly reviews with the Vice President On Premise providing reports on progress in assigned areas.
• Ensure all vending and fountain equipment is maintained in proper set and dispenses or vends only product purchased directly from Pepsi MidAmerica.
• Complete and submit a daily report summarizing the days event and identify areas of opportunity make recommendations to take full advantage of such situations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of selling experience required
• Bachelors Degree (4+ years of management experience may be considered in place of a degree)
• Ability to work and multitask in a fast paced environment
• Basic computer skills such as Microsoft Office, online research, and typing/editing reports
