About the role

As an On‑Demand Team Member, you can work as much or as little as you like, with a schedule that varies depending on shift availability and store needs. You will create your own schedule by picking up shifts posted by leaders or other team members via the myTime mobile scheduling app. Reliable and prompt attendance is required when you choose to work a shift, and you are expected to work at least one shift every four weeks (minimum four hours). Flexibility may be granted in certain circumstances, but you must respond to contact attempts to confirm interest; failure to respond may lead to termination, and not working a shift within five months results in administrative termination. Upon hire, you will attend a Target Welcome orientation and complete a short‑term structured training schedule before using the myTime app to select shifts.
