ON-SITE Customer Service Representative

Contract assignment based in Montgomery, Alabama.

This role focuses on delivering responsive service to customers by phone, assisting with order-related inquiries, and ensuring each interaction is handled accurately and professionally. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing a high volume of inbound and outbound communication while maintaining strong attention to detail and a customer-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming customer calls and provide timely, courteous support for questions, concerns, and service needs.
• Place outbound calls as needed to follow up on requests, confirm details, and help resolve outstanding issues.
• Enter customer orders into the system with accuracy and verify information before finalizing transactions.
• Address service-related inquiries by identifying customer needs and guiding them toward appropriate solutions.
• Document conversations, actions taken, and relevant updates to maintain clear and complete account records.
• Handle a steady call volume while meeting service expectations for professionalism, responsiveness, and accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members and internal partners to resolve customer matters efficiently and improve service outcomes.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing support environment.
• Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and confidence.
• Experience entering orders or processing customer information with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Solid customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and responsiveness.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting while balancing multiple tasks.
• Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn service and order management systems quickly.
