In House Guest Service Rep
Job Description
- Answer and direct incoming calls.
- Take messages for IH sales representatives and distribute or post on board.
- Provide fast and accurate information to guests. (directions, phone numbers, etc.)
Qualifications
- Good customer service skills are needed.
- Maintain awareness of guests' problems and concerns.

Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.
