About the role
This job's primary purpose to the organization is to make sales for profit to Westgate Resorts.
Responsibilities
- Escort guests to their accommodations and establish appointment time
- Attend morning meetings
- Attend sales division meetings
- Give a sales presentation to prospective buyers in order to sell weeks
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests/owners
- Interact and serve as customer service agent to all prospective buyers
- Prepare and complete paperwork needed for all sales transactions
Qualifications
- Three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must possess exceptional sales skills and techniques
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations to customers, managers, and other team members of the organization
- Must be able to speak and understand English
- Bilingual English-Portuguese a plus
- Must possess valid driver’s license
