About the role
Merrill Gardens at Green Valley Ranch is currently seeking a Dining Room Server to support residents within their community.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all dining room operations run smoothly, including food service, table setting, and clearing tables.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, ensuring their needs are met with dignity and respect.
- Assist with maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient and effective service.
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols to maintain a safe environment for residents and staff.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Food Handler’s Permit as required.
- Flexibility with schedule and availability to work early morning, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, carrying, and reaching.
