Responsibilities

• Greet guests professionally and guide them through their dining experience
• Demonstrate extensive menu knowledge, including ingredients, allergens, and seasonal updates
• Perform fine dining service techniques such as tableside service, wine presentation, and proper plate setup
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality preferred
• Necessary permits or certifications for alcohol and food service
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills
• Attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to remain calm under pressure
