On-Call Banquet Server

Role: The Banquet Server provides professional, friendly food and beverage service during banquet events to ensure a positive guest experience. Responsibilities: Greet guests, take and relay drink and food orders, suggest menu and wine options, observe guests' needs, clear and reset tables efficiently, maintain cleanliness, assist with setup and cleanup of banquet rooms, and follow safety and sanitation guidelines. Qualifications & Skills: Prior banquet or restaurant service experience preferred, strong customer service and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, basic math skills for handling payments, and physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 20 lbs, and work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. Work Environment: Indoor setting requiring extended standing and walking, with occasional temperature variations and lifting tasks.
