Job Description

The Luxury Keyholder assists in leading retail operations, helps manage selling, and supervises staff. The role requires exceptional customer‑service skills, an approachable demeanor, and the ability to meet or exceed sales objectives while learning about OMEGA’s prestigious timepieces. Candidates should have a proven track record of longevity with prior luxury employers and be prepared to become an essential member of the team.

Profile

• Excellent computer skills, including Windows, SAP, Cegid, and Microsoft Outlook.
• Perform opening and/or closing boutique procedures.
• Liaise with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, demonstrating leadership in their absence and on the sales floor.
• Deep knowledge of OMEGA’s unique product range and distinctive characteristics.
• Cultivate enduring client relationships by providing memorable experiences and insights into OMEGA’s heritage.
• Utilize expansive training techniques to engage, inform, and retain customers.
• Represent the Manager’s vision, ensuring policies and procedures are upheld at all times.

Professional Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of luxury retail sales/keyholder experience, preferably in timepieces or fine jewelry.
• Impressive selling capabilities and notable customer‑service skills.
• Strong written and oral communication abilities.
• Adaptability to learn the technical aspects of OMEGA’s collection.
• Willingness and ability to train others across various business areas.
• Talented negotiation prowess.
• Passion for the art of selling.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule throughout the week.
