About the role

The Luxury Keyholder at OMEGA is responsible for assisting in leading retail operations, managing selling, and supervising staff. This role requires building revenue and operational excellence, along with demonstrating leadership qualities.

Requirements

  • Relevant luxury retail sales experience
  • Keyholder or supervisory background
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong desire to learn about OMEGA’s prestigious timepieces
  • Proven track record of longevity with prior luxury employers
  • Excellent computer skills including Windows, SAP, Cegid, and email (Microsoft Outlook)
  • Will perform opening and/or closing Boutique procedures
  • Liaise with Store Manager and Assistant Manager
  • Demonstrate leadership capabilities in absence and on the sales floor
  • Cultivate enduring relationships with clients
  • Utilize expansive training techniques
  • Engage, inform, and retain a gratified team
  • Deep knowledge of OMEGA’s unique and impeccable range of products
  • Talented negotiation prowess
  • Passion for the art of selling
  • Able to work flexible schedule throughout the week

Profile

  • Must possess 3 years of Luxury retail Sales/Keyholder experience, preferably in the timepiece or fine jewelry field
  • Impressive selling capabilities and notable customer service skills
  • Elevated ability to communicate both written and orally
  • Robust adaptability to learn the technical aspects of the company’s collection of timepieces
  • Ability and willingness to train others in various areas of the business
  • Talented negotiation prowess
  • Passion for the art of selling
  • Able to work flexible schedule throughout the week
