About the role

OMEGA is seeking a dedicated and experienced sales professional with a passion for luxury goods and a keen interest in timepieces. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of luxury retail sales or keyholder experience, particularly in the timepiece or fine jewelry sector. They should possess impressive selling capabilities, outstanding customer service skills, and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service
• Perform opening and closing boutique procedures
• Liaise with the store manager and assistant manager, demonstrating leadership in their absence
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of OMEGA’s unique and impeccable product range
• Cultivate long-lasting client relationships through memorable experiences
• Engage, inform, and retain clients through our extensive training programs
• Represent the manager’s vision and uphold company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Excellent computer skills including Windows, SAP, Cegid, and Microsoft Outlook
• Proven track record of longevity with luxury employers
• Strong adaptability to learn the technical aspects of OMEGA’s company collection
• Willingness to train others in various areas of the business
• Talented negotiation skills
• Passion for the art of selling
• Able to work flexible schedules throughout the week
