About the Role
Senior Consultants and Associates are critical members of our consulting team, working side-by-side with our clients. The position offers excellent career and growth opportunities for talented, highly motivated professionals with relevant prior experience.
Responsibilities
- Managing the execution of individual project workstreams, including developing hypotheses, managing data collection, model creation and analyses, conducting primary and secondary research, creatively tackling information limitations, and surfacing insights.
- Synthesizing findings into written presentations and reviewing and discussing with clients and other stakeholders.
- Supporting our Partner group in project delivery through accurate and high-quality execution.
- Reporting to Engagement Managers and Principals, effectively seeking guidance for technical expertise or senior-level advice on project execution and client engagement.
- Coaching consultants and helping them develop their skill sets.
Requirements
- At least 3-6 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm (or similar organization).
- Experience within Retail, Consumer Goods, Telecommunications, Software/Technology, or Media industries preferred, but not required.
- Familiarity/experience with a range of analytical tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python).
- A strong background in strategic problem-solving with demonstrable analytical skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both formal and informal settings.
- An undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program.
- Willingness to travel.

Pay
The applicable base salary range for this role is $135,000 - $205,000 CAD. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.

Schedule
All colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.
