About the role
The role involves leading a team of developers to build innovative software solutions for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and project managers to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of developers to design, develop, and maintain software applications
- Collaborate with product managers to understand client needs and translate them into technical specifications
- Work with designers to ensure user-friendly interfaces and intuitive experiences
- Manage project timelines and resources to meet deadlines
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience
- Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
- Experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB)
- Understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
- Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
