Warehouse - Lead

Responsible for leading cross-functional teams in developing innovative solutions to complex business challenges. Collaborates closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans that align with organizational goals
• Lead project teams through all phases of development, from conception to launch
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, design, and sales
• Ensure projects meet quality standards and deadlines
• Communicate progress and results to stakeholders regularly

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in project management or a similar role
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide team members
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana
• Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in project management
