Warehouse - Lead

Be Part of Something New From Day One! Are you ready to help build a world-class operation from the ground up? We are seeking energetic, motivated, and hands-on Warehouse Leads to join our team as we launch a brand-new, state-of-the-art distribution center in Moreno Valley, CA.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of warehouse associates
• Support daily operations including receiving, shipping, picking, packing, inventory, and material handling
• Monitor productivity, quality, and attendance to ensure operational goals are achieved
• Assist with training and onboarding new employees
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Conduct shift start-up meetings and communicate operational priorities
• Aid in staffing plans, workflow management, and performance feedback
• Assist supervisors with troubleshooting operational issues and escalating concerns when necessary
• Maintain accurate records and utilize warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and startup activities

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics experience
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience as a Lead, Team Lead, Trainer, or Supervisor
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office applications

Qualifications

• Preferred qualifications include experience in a startup or newly launched operation, experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), forklift certification or equipment operating experience, inventory control, quality, or process improvement experience

Schedule

This facility operates 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Warehouse Leads may be assigned to day, evening, overnight, or weekend shifts based on business needs. Shift differentials may apply.

Your Key Qualifications
HS Diploma / GED.
Experience in a Lead role.
Experience in a Logistics or Manufacturing environment.
Prior forklift experience.
