Warehouse - Lead

Responsibilities

• Maintain warehouse orders and efficiency.
• Manage team on customer order integrity by pulling orders accurately and packing the orders in a manner that will ensure quality upon delivery.
• Dispatch shipments to carriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc.
• Ship international orders, perform audits, assist with cycle counts, and train associates as requested.
• Maintain warehouse supplies and equipment to avoid production delays.
• Put away incoming inventory.
• Maintain annual calibration of all warehouse equipment/tools.
• Help to keep the workplace clean and safe by keeping their work areas free of trash and reporting any unsafe conditions to a member of the management.

Qualifications

• 5 years distribution or warehouse experience required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced distribution environment.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math and PC skills.
• Maintain a positive attitude and strong work energy.
• Direct warehouse personnel as required.
• Ability to deal with multiple priorities and effectively deal with deadlines and pressure.

Schedule

All associates are eligible to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, typically Monday through Friday for an 8-hour shift.
