Warehouse Lead - Brownsburg, IN

Key Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: Assist with unloading trucks, check in merchandise, assemble customer orders, prepare orders for shipment, read and interpret orders, work orders, and shipping instructions, operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inventory Management: Properly mark materials, weigh and count items, organize the warehouse, maintain orderliness.
• Customer Service: Interact professionally with customers during deliveries and pickups.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure a safe and accessible warehouse environment, adhere to safety regulations and standard operating procedures, prepare and verify shipping and receiving documents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Experience with forklift operation and other warehouse equipment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic mathematical skills
• Familiarity with safety regulations
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Prior experience includes basic knowledge of warehouse management system (WMS) software and working proficiency with Microsoft Outlook for communication and task coordination

Provision

Compensation range: $22-28/Hour + Benefits (Compensation varies based on experience and education)
