Job Summary

The overall role of Officer, Taxation is to prepare and collect all taxation supporting documents such as monthly and annual tax returns to submit to GDT on time; and keep tax regulation updated.

Key Responsibilities

• Timely prepare tax payment and Monthly Tax Return such as Prepayment Profit Tax, General Withholding Tax, Tax on Salary and Fringe Benefit, and VAT with proper supporting documents to submit to GDT as per tax required deadline.
• Timely prepare all documents to proceed payment and declaration on Patent Tax Registration annually.
• Check and reconcile between accounting records and tax declaration reports to make sure all the documents are completed and aligned together.
• Affiliate with Finance Manager to prepare Annual Tax Return (ToP) and any tax claim if any; and file the document properly.
• Follow up external party to identify and report all new regulatory and tax updates to management that might be impact to organization.
• Cook up and support external tax audit to improve internal process.

Key Challenges

• Demonstrate high responsibility to perform monthly tax return submission, reconciliation between GL and Tax, and yearly tax declaration.
• Demonstrate accountability to perform number of Tax Exposures.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields
• Experiences: Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of experiences is advantage

• Good command of English (Writing, Speaking, Listening, and Reading)
