About the Role
ardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Tactical Security Officer. This role requires a keen sense of observation to read the environment, anticipate risk, and act accordingly. Physical ability is essential, as you will be patrolling various environments throughout your shift.
Site Location and Schedule
Site Location: Winston Salem, NC
Set schedule: Tuesday - Saturday | 4:30pm - 12:30am = 40 hours
Pay
Competitive hourly wage of $17.00 (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Responsibilities
- Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity
- Verify identities and control access to secure areas
- React quickly to threats or incidents 6li> Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
- Document incidents and actions taken
- Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
- Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
Qualifications
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
- Pass an extensive screening process
- First aid certification is an asset
- Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
- Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
- Possess a state license if required
