Essential Job Functions

• Practice teamwork, support fellow Team Members, and create an energized, positive work atmosphere.
• Maintain grooming and uniform standards. Overall appearance is to be immaculate and nametags are to be worn at all times, and ensure that the Security Department Team adhere to the same standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests at all times.
• Be aware of and handle guest opportunities.
• Respond to disturbances in order to defuse the incident. Be prepared to become involved in a physical confrontation when necessary. Always remain Alert.
• Observe, report, and take-action as directed by leadership with respect to all suspicious, unusual situations.
• Interviews guests and employees when security incidents occur.
• Contact Supervisor Security when security situations require intervention beyond scope of authority.
• Obtains assistance for accident victims. Assists management and enforcement officers in emergency situations.
• Writes detailed security reports.
• Answers security calls and dispatches officers to assist per departmental standards and protocols.
• Responds to emergencies in accordance with established procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months’ related experience preferred.
• Must be able to form and build long-standing relations with established and new guests/players.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Able to communicate with team members and guests.
• Available to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Able to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing.
