Office Technician Support
About the role
As a service and maintenance contact for Trane Technologies customers, you will work with internal and external partners to manage installations and repairs in diverse commercial settings such as healthcare facilities, manufacturing plants, educational institutions, and office complexes.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates with local Project Admins, Resource Coordinators, Technicians, and Area Service Managers to forecast and execute on-site work needs.
- Orders parts, tracks materials, and processes purchase orders and change orders using advanced software and systems.
- Ensures team flexibility to work overtime and maintains high standards of safety and asset accountability.

Requirements
- A High School Diploma or equivalent, or certificate from an accredited technical school.
- Typically 0-2 years of experience in HVAC, Business Administration, or Logistics.
- Technical School is preferred.
- Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Word, and proficiency with handheld computers.
- Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no significant traffic violations.
- EPA Universal Certification is preferred.
Qualifications

Annual Base Salary Range: $21.55 - $29.32
