About the role
Imaginators LLC is a family-oriented Property Management Company managing over 200 Condominium Associations and Rental Properties throughout Connecticut, including the Housing Choice Voucher program for various housing authorities.
Responsibilities
- Handle heavy telephone and office traffic related to the Housing Choice Voucher Program
- Perform front desk activities
- Typing and filing paperwork
- Maintain the file room and deliver/retrieve files from the City of Hartford and other housing agencies
- Occasionally cover the switchboard and perform additional tasks as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Quick learner who works independently, takes initiative, is responsible, reliable, and mature
- Proper phone etiquette
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Experience in public housing or Section 8 is a plus
- Valid driver's license with a clean record and fully insured vehicle
