About the role
The Office Specialist provides essential administrative and front-office support to ensure the smooth, professional, and efficient operation of Counseling & Recovery Services of Oklahoma, Inc. (CRSOK).
Responsibilities
- Serves as a first point of contact for clients, staff, and visitors.
- Supports clerical, data entry, scheduling, and document management functions.
- Maintains organization, confidentiality, and compliance with CCBHC, CARF, ODMHSAS, and internal CRSOK standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of one (1) year of administrative, clerical, or office support experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and basic office technology.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Experience in a healthcare, behavioral health, or nonprofit setting.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality standards.
- Professionalism and reliability.
- Time management and multitasking.
- Trauma-informed and client-centered approach.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to sit, stand, and move throughout the office environment.
