The Office Services Coordinator plays a crucial role in maintaining a welcoming environment for employees and visitors at the Clearbrook Holdings Inc. Springfield office. Key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and directing visitors, providing necessary resources and logistical support.
  • Planning and executing local office engagement events, coordinating vendors, and managing internal communications.
  • Maintaining office supplies, managing conference room bookings, and ensuring all equipment is operational.
  • Supporting the Business Continuity Plan and Safety Committee, and assisting with IT issues as needed.
  • Coordinating vendor visits and managing contracts, as well as tracking and completing service requests.

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least three years of relevant facilities or office services experience.
  • One year of experience with a multi-line phone system.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
  • An ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • An attention to detail.

Physical demands include moving equipment/materials, lifting/carrying, pushing/pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling. This role generally operates within a standard office environment.
