About the Role
This is a full-time, second-shift position focused on high-volume mail scanning and production work in a professional office environment. The work location is in the Hilliard, OH area.
Schedule
Monday to Friday, second shift. Hours will range within 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude.
- Operate high-volume mail opening and scanning equipment.
- Assist with printing and assembling large outbound mailings daily.
- Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high-volume, production environment.
- Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines and all safety procedures.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
The business environment does not allow cell phones in the production area.
Requirements
- Must have access to reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED); college degree is a plus and allows for a fast-track plan to management.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Windows environment PC skills.
- Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment.
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds.
Pay
Hourly compensation: $20.00–$21.00 USD per hour, depending on production experience.
