About the Role

- Perform various processes for PTFE manufacturing which is primarily done in a cubicle setting. This requires following the SOPs and GMPs.

Responsibilities

  • Place and manage Purchase Orders in JDE.
  • Print and bag Work Orders for upcoming production.
  • Manage MRO stockroom inventory – count product and identify additional stocking needs.
  • Manage returns and new supply of gowns for cleanroom.
  • Create work orders for specified products.
  • Manage Kanban production orders.
  • Microsoft Excel assistance, as needed.
  • Other duties, as requested.

Qualifications

  • Accurately complete associated paperwork.
  • Assist with projects and qualifications concerning the process when needed.
  • Communicate effectively with co-workers
  • Enter batch information into database

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of ERP, JDE preferred.
  • Knowledge of basic Excel functions.
  • Ability to follow written SOP or specific guidelines.
  • Ability to take direction and ask questions.

Skills

  • ERP or JDE knowledge
  • Basic Excel skills
