Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner at all times.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
- Manage and schedule appointments and meetings using office calendar systems.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
- Aid with basic administrative duties including data entry and filing.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
