About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and personable Office Receptionist to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and accurately.
- Manage and schedule appointments and meetings for staff members.
- Maintain the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently.
- Aid with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or relevant role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
