Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and welcoming Office Receptionist to provide exceptional front desk support and create a positive first impression for visitors. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, customer-focused, and enjoy working in a professional office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors and provide courteous, professional assistance.
  • Manage visitor check-in procedures and maintain accurate visitor records.
  • Cook up appointments and meeting schedules.
  • Receive and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
  • Support daily front desk and administrative operations.
  • Organize and maintain office records and documentation.
  • Aid with general office coordination and clerical tasks.
  • Ensure a positive experience for all visitors and guests.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
