Office Operations Coordinator

This role oversees the physical maintenance and operation of Territory locations, including combined sales and delivery spaces, warehouses, and Branch locations, as well as local management of all Power Fleet programs.
Responsibilities
- Oversee ongoing physical maintenance of all territory locations, including repairs and housekeeping.
- Install, maintain, or move different pieces of equipment around the office.
- Actively communicate with relevant parties at HQ and territory leadership.
- Identify, manage, and maintain agreements with local service providers.
- Handle daily communications between Power and Property Management.
- Manage territory physical security systems and badge printing.
- Seek to establish and maintain budgets for the ongoing operations of the territory.
- Assist in managing logistics, including storage of territory property, supplies, and materials inventory.
- Provide assistance with local events.
- Work closely with the Business Affairs Department to assist with initiatives, interviews, and front desk administration.
- Monitor the Facilities Ticket Queue.
- Assist the Fleet Team with Drivers Training and monitoring and enforcement of driver safety programs.
- Handle Fleet Administration and Communication for insurance card updates, Fleet management vendor communications, Gas Card/EZ Pass/Traffic Violations, and driver documentation and management.
- Other projects as assigned by Management.
Requirements
- Must be a go-getter, extremely organized, and able to manage multiple projects or requests simultaneously.
- Must be able to work well in a team environment, excel at research, and be problem-solution focused.
- Must have strong written, verbal, and quantitative skills.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or technical school and 1-2 years of relevant prior work experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred.
Work Environment
The Office Operations Coordinator works mostly in an office environment.
