About the role
Maintains accurate and historical records of volunteer hours, reports monthly to Finance, maintains minutes and agendas based on McLeod Record Retention Policy, schedules appointments with potential volunteers, performs general clerical duties, coordinates and acknowledges volunteer events, maintains emergency plan for volunteers, and performs other duties as assigned.
Work Schedule
80 Hours Bi-weekly
Qualifications
- Five years of experience with secretarial work
- Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
Requirements
- High School/GED
