Role Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Lisle office
- Ensure office spaces, conference rooms, kitchen areas, and common spaces remain organized and meeting ready
- Cook up office supply inventory and ordering
- Aid in mail distribution, shipping, and deliveries
- Support office maintenance requests and coordinate with building management as needed
Client Experience
- Create a welcoming and professional environment for employees and visitors
- Greet and assist guests, clients, and candidates visiting the office
- Coordinate meeting room scheduling and onsite meeting logistics
- Aid in office events, team lunches, and employee engagement activities
Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to local leadership and teams as needed
- Aid in scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting preparation
- Support expense submission and invoice processing where applicable
- Maintain organized office files, records, and documentation
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in office management, administrative support, receptionist, or operations coordination roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and follow-through
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology
- Ability to work independently and proactively manage priorities
Benefits
- Location: Lisle Office – M-F (11:00am – 3:30pm)
- Role Classification: Part-Time, Non-Exempt – 20+ hours per week
- Compensation: $22.00/hr
