Responsibilities
- Answering phones to assist or direct callers accordingly
- Meet and greet visitors
- Scheduling meetings
- Aiding students
- Create and update documents
- Create semester calendars
- Plan program events
- Periodic proctoring of exams
- Aid with purchasing of Program equipment and supplies
- Liaise between the Program Director and the students
- Communicate effectively with students, faculty, staff, and clinical instructors
- Maintain student confidentiality at all times
- Aid with student admissions process (interview scheduling, liaise with the Admissions team to streamline application process, etc.)
- Liaise with other administrative offices, such as Financial Aid, Bursar, and Registrar
- Maintain student files (registration, clinical documents, FERPA, etc.)
- Photocopying
- Other basic office work
- Other administrative tasks upon request
Qualifications
- Associate's degree required, bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years work experience in higher education administration
- Must be organized, have strong communication skills, take initiative, be self-motivated, and be able to function effectively in a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook
Pay
Maximum Salary USD $60,000.00/Yr.
Minimum Salary USD $48,000.00/Yr.
