Responsibilities
- Handling Human Resources functions including verifying weekly timecards and entering into ERP system, checking weekly payroll register for correctness; coordinating with corporate payroll and HR, processing new hire paperwork, benefits, payroll and fielding basic HR questions
- Processing accounts payable invoices; Preparing invoices for subcontractor payments and maintaining records; Generating and entering sales orders into ERP system
- Preparing and distributing monthly reports
- Purchasing and ensuring proper level of supplies are kept on hand at plant; Maintaining office supplies
- Processes accounts receivable, including leases, rentals, and raw materials
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Two (2) – four (4) years of hands-on administrative support experience in a manufacturing office environment
- Computer operation skills including, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills and the ability to work effectively in a team and individual environment
- Analytical skills and the ability to assemble data
- Time management and organization skills with accurate and precise attention to detail

- Physical Activity: Requires more than 2/3 of time using hands/fingers to handle and/or feel or reaching with hands and arms; 1/3 to 2/3 of time sitting, talking or hearing; less than 1/3 of time standing or walking.
- Lifting: Requires lifting up to 25 pounds less than 1/3 of time.
- Vision: Requires accurate close and distance vision and the ability to focus.
- Environment: Requires more than 2/3 of time in an office setting with very limited exposure.
- Noise: Requires exposure to moderate noise.
