Responsible for delivering high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment. Conducts sales calls, processes orders, and manages inventory.
Responsibilities
- Conduct sales calls to generate new business opportunities
- Process orders accurately and efficiently
- Manage inventory levels and ensure stock availability
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Follow up on orders and provide excellent customer service
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic computer literacy
Qualifications
- Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
- Previous sales experience is a plus
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
