Office Manager Chicago

About the role

We’re building the “no-BS” security platform for developers. As our Office Manager, you’ll work directly with the leadership team to run the headquarters office and company operations. This role covers everything from daily office management to event planning, internal ops, and stakeholder communications—all while scaling with our rapid growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the office from A-to-Z, managing daily operations including supplies, maintenance, and workplace projects.
• Create an optimal work environment in our River North office (with expansion to a larger space by year-end).
• Plan and execute company events, meetings, remote employee logistics, customer visits, and travel arrangements.
• Support internal operations, including employee onboarding and payment processing.
• Act as a liaison between management and internal/external stakeholders, handling communications and inquiries.
• Tackle new operational challenges as they arise.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
• Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team.
• Proven experience in a G&A role, preferably working with executives.
• Must be comfortable working on-site 5 days a week in our River North office.
