Job Tasks
- Oversight of daily clinic operations
- Compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Management of clinic budget and expense control
- Adequate staffing based on projected patient volume
- Employee scheduling and performance monitoring
- Staff performance and training development
- Facilitation of employee recognition activities
- Timekeeping updates and maintenance of supply inventory
- IT problem resolution and security protocol enforcement
- Building maintenance and safety audits
- Addressing patient complaints and resolving issues
- Handling cash transactions and approving deposits
- Attendance at office manager meetings
- Maintenance of OSHA standards
- Ensuring cleanliness and orderliness of clinic areas
- Emergency situation coordination
- Completion of mandatory training
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree in a healthcare related field or equivalent healthcare experience
- Three years of prior medical experience preferred
- Working knowledge of computer applications

- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Ability to coordinate, analyze, observe, make decisions, and meet deadlines
