Job Summary and Qualifications

The Office Manager at AdvantageTrust, a division of HCA, serves as a central operational leader, responsible for overseeing the daily administrative functions of the office while driving efficiency, organization, and a high standard of support across the team. This role ensures that office operations run smoothly by managing resources, streamlining processes, and fostering a professional, collaborative work environment.

  • Provides dedicated, high-level administrative support to the CEO, VP, and AVP of AdvantageTrust.
  • Serves as a trusted partner to executive leadership, managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings and travel, and handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion.

What You Will Do in This Role

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative functions.
  • Supervise administrative staff and coordinate workflow.
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Oversee scheduling, meetings, and office communications.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Cook up onboarding and support HR-related activities.
  • Provide direct administrative support to the CEO, VP, and AVP of AdvantageTrust.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
  • Support leadership with reports, presentations, and special projects.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Track priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups on key initiatives.

Qualifications You Will Need

  • Ace an Associate's degree.
  • Pick up a Bachelor's degree if you can.
  • Have 5+ years of experience in office management.
  • Occasionally travel for work.
