Office Manager
About the role
Clark Hill PLC is hiring an Office Manager to be based in the Philadelphia office, located in the Rittenhouse Square area. This role also oversees the Princeton, NJ and Wilmington, DE offices, requiring periodic travel to these locations. The Office Manager ensures the administrative team's capabilities and performance exceed the firm's requirements.
The role involves managing the office and its administrative team, optimizing workflow efficiency, allocating resources, and designing, implementing, and updating processes to meet performance goals. Successful candidates will demonstrate an exceptional internal client/customer focus, strong conflict resolution skills, and the ability to foster collaboration and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the success and management of the Philadelphia office and its administrative team, including oversight of the Princeton, NJ and Wilmington, DE offices.
- Optimize workflow efficiency for operations teams.
- Allocate resources effectively to meet firm objectives.
- Design, implement, and update processes and procedures to consistently meet performance goals.
- Lead and supervise a team, including managing complexities associated with a remote workforce.
- Role model the firm’s values and lead by example.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of relevant experience managing a team, preferably in the legal industry or as a team lead.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency managing core operations, preferably within a professional services firm.
- Strong verbal, written, and nonverbal communication skills.
- Exceptional internal client/customer focus and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to foster collaboration and teamwork.
Pay
The salary range for this position is $95,000 - $125,000 annually, based on a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by factors such as employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
